what their needs are in terms of a sale and we then put a buying solution together to give the best offer. In
many cases this is higher than most people are prepared to go, as the number of properties on the market
increases, crating a “Buyers Market”.
Relocation or Emigration:
If due to work or career circumstances, you are in need of selling your house, you may find that, achieving
a good price in a short time frame is not always possible. Rather than settle for a lower offer – up to 25%
below your properties market value, we can help by making you an offer to purchase in line with the true
property valuation. Then, dependent on the amount of equity you have in the property, we can allow you to take
up to 75% of the property valuation away in cash, with the remainder being paid at a date that is mutually
agreed upon.
Buying another house:
If you are in a chain and have bought another property, only to find that your chain has broken down, the
burden of covering the debt on 2 properties can be financially crippling.
